Shipping
For domestic shipping we mainly use Posti. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address or local post office.
For European and international orders we use Posti Parcel Connect in collaboration with DHL and Bring. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address, local post office or nearest pick-up point. The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight and volume of the parcel and will be calculated automatically at checkout. *Home delivery is available, excluding some countries. You can check out the delivery options when you are checking out and choosing a delivery.
The prices in venandidesign.com online store are in euros (€) and include the Finnish VAT 24%. Finnish VAT is included regardless the shipping destination. Prices shown on the website do not include delivery charges, which will be added to your purchase. Shipping costs are notified before confirming the purchase. We reserve the right to change the prices.
Orders are processed mainly during business days. Venandi Design will not be responsible of any delays or delays of the shipment carrier company. In case your order is lost or you receive it damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
